Maher Management (“we”) provides website design, hosting, and related digital services to businesses on a month-to-month subscription. No long-term contract. Your subscription renews monthly via Stripe until you cancel.
What’s included (Website plan)
Design and hosting of your business website, and same-day edits requested by email during business days. We aim for same-day but guarantee within 2 business days.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing hayden@mahermgmt.com — effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your site is taken offline; if you own your domain, it remains yours and we’ll help you point it elsewhere at no charge.
Domains
If we registered your domain as part of the service, we’ll transfer it to you at cost upon request, whether or not you remain a customer.
Content
You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, and logos you send us. You own your content; we own our templates and code, and license them to you while subscribed.
Liability, plainly
We’re a small business building websites — we’re not liable for your lost profits, downtime beyond our control, or third-party outages (hosting, payment, phone carriers). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Massachusetts law governs these terms.
Refund Policy
First 14 days
Not happy for any reason? Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — we’ll take the site down and part friends.
After that
Month-to-month means no long-term commitment; cancel anytime with effect at period end. We don’t prorate partial months, and completed one-time work (setup fees, domain purchases) is non-refundable once delivered.
